You can stay with people for free here, I prefer to stay with women. Make sure to make personalized pitches to people. Expect to pitch to 10-20 women to get a place. Men will always offer lol, I’d bring a buddy for that. Expect to hang out with the person, this is a cultural exchange first and foremost. • Work Exchanges: -Workaway: costs money to join, but has more hosts than world packers. Hiking and traveling is the best! Where else would you want to travel? I'm from Seattle too! Where in Seattle are you from? Seattle really is the best place to adventure with all of the hiking and the Pacific Northwest culture.

ReplyDeleteI'm from Oregon and my uncle lives in Seattle so I love the Pacific North West. Utah has its version of pretty with the canyons and snow, but it just doesn't give me that same feeling of home.

I can definitely relate on the love for adventure! I also absolutely love finding exciting things to do. I’m super impressed how open you are to leaving your comfort zone! That is truly an amazing talent to have! I’m also super impressed by your talent for art—I have always loved art and been moved by the art of others, but I am definitely not artistically gifted. I’d love to see some of your work someday!
